No. Open Listfolk and start a list. Sharing a list uses your Apple Account through iCloud.

Any iPhone with iOS 26 or later.

Yes. Add Items stays open while you add, so you can keep going. To find several items in one search, separate them with commas, like “Eggs, Milk, Bread”.

Yes. Share it through iCloud, by invitation or with a link. Everyone on the list can add, edit and collect items.

Open the list, tap the button with people’s pictures at the top, then tap Manage Shared List. On Apple’s sharing screen, the owner can remove people or stop sharing, and anyone else can leave.

Only the people on it. They see the items, and who added or changed them.

On your iPhone and in your iCloud. Listfolk has no server and keeps no copy of your lists.

Yes. Lists open and change with no connection, and your changes sync when you’re back online.

Check that both devices are signed in to iCloud, with the same Apple Account if they’re both yours, and that iCloud is turned on for Listfolk. The change appears once both devices are online.

iPhones that support Apple Intelligence, with Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings.

On your iPhone, or on Apple’s Private Cloud Compute. Your conversations are stored only on your iPhone.

A few anonymous usage counts, such as how many items were added, and never what’s on your lists. The privacy policy lists every detail.

Delete lists and saved recipes in the app. To manage or delete Listfolk’s iCloud data, open your iCloud storage in Settings.
